its time to get active this winter and build a body that doesn't hold you back in the summer! so for the next 6 weeks lets get active together and warm up your motivation! you'll be training with lilly in group and one on one sessions

whats included in the program 

-3 classes a week                   - 1 x one on one goal session 

-t shirt or singlet                 - 2 x 1/2 hour technique sessions

option to add online training for duration of program also!
