Try adding these stretches to improve your general mobility!

Mobility is your own ability to move freely without discomfort or impingement.

So if these can help you get around the house, pick things up off the ground or reach that top shelf more easily its a win for you to stay mobile!

Right now pick 1-2 stretches and do them well.

Hold each one for a minute. It all adds up!

Do 2 minutes a day this week and that’s 14 minutes of working on you and your mobility you might not have done otherwise!
